Freemium:

• Basic access to job requests.
• Limited number of proposals per week.
• Ads displayed in dashboard.
• Slower customer support queue.

Premium:

• Verified badge for client trust.
• Boosted ranking in search results.
• No in-app advertising.
• Faster support channel.
• Increased proposal limit.

Pro:

• All Premium benefits.
• Early access to high-quality leads.
• Access to B2B opportunities.
• Profile performance analytics.
• Invitations to internal training and Abilr Academy early access.

3. 💳 Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe using the card provided by the user.
• Payments are recurring by default (monthly or annually).
• Users can cancel anytime from the “My Subscription” section.
• If a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. 🛑 Refunds

• Subscriptions are non-refundable unless there is a verified system error or failed service access.
• Refund requests must be submitted via the Help & Support section within 7 business days of billing.

5. 🔄 Plan Changes

• Users may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time.
  • Upgrades are applied immediately with prorated charges.
  • Downgrades are applied at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Switching from annual to monthly plans (or vice versa) is available under “My Subscription”.

6. ⚠️ Violations and Suspension

• Abilr reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription if:
  • The account violates platform policies.
  • The user misuses subscription benefits (e.g., spam proposals, client harassment).
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

7. 📩 Notifications

• Renewal reminders, failed payment alerts, and changes to terms will be sent via email.
• It’s the user’s responsibility to keep billing info up to date.
